Motorcyclists taking part in a group coaching session

Shared riding. Individual development.

Group sessions give riders the chance to build skill and confidence together, with coaching that combines individual feedback, shared learning, and practical road-based development.

The day combines guided discussion with observed riding across roads selected to support the group’s aims. Riders can learn from each other’s questions and experiences while still receiving feedback relevant to their own technique, confidence and stage of development.

Gordy keeps the environment supportive and purposeful, creating space for riders to reflect between road sections and apply new ideas on the next ride. It is a practical way to strengthen Roadcraft understanding, prepare for further advanced training and enjoy developing alongside other motorcyclists.

Learn together. Develop individually.

Group sessions combine shared discussion and real-world riding with feedback that remains relevant to each rider's experience and goals.

  • Shared learning

Learn from the questions, observations and experiences of other riders in the group.

  • Roadcraft principles

Apply a systematic approach to observation, planning, position, speed and gear.

  • Observation

Recognise developing hazards earlier and create more time to make considered decisions.

  • Road positioning

Explore safe positioning choices across varied roads and changing conditions.

  • Riding feedback

Receive clear individual observations within a supportive group environment.

  • Ride reflection

Use discussion and debriefs to turn each part of the ride into practical learning.
